  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the AddMe services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, as they may be amended by APB Technology LTD (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) from time to time, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://addme.click/terms-of-service on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use Our Service or such greater age required in Your country to register for or use Our Service. In addition to being of the minimum required age to use Our Service under applicable law, if You are not old enough to have authority to agree to Our Terms in Your country, Your parent or guardian must agree to Our Terms on Your behalf.

  1. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To use AddMe, you must register an account. By creating an account, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current and complete account information, (b) maintain and promptly update your account information, (c) maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide to us, and (d) immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

  1. USE OF THE SERVICE

As a user of the AddMe, you agree to (a) comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service and your User Content (defined below), including copyright laws and export control laws; (b) not to post anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful to reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, racist, or otherwise objectionable; and (c) bear full responsibility for your use of the Service and any actions taken on your account.

  1. CONTENT

You understand that all information publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Service is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. We do not control, and are not responsible for, any Content made available through the Service, and by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.

  1. USER CONTENT

By posting, uploading, publishing, submitting or transmitting any content that includes your social media username or other content, you understand and agree that you are allowing such content to be available on the Service and warrant that: (a) such content is non-confidential and non-proprietary, and (b) AddMe has the right to use such content for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide.

  1. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to, at any time and without notice, suspend, cancel, or terminate your access to the Service (or any portion thereof) if you violate these Terms, or if we believe in our sole discretion that you have misused the Service.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the United States without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom. You agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

  1. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

A. Refunds: APB Technology LTD (“Company”) reserves the right to grant refunds for purchases made in the AddMe app, including via our website, iOS app, and Android app. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be granted only in specific circumstances as determined by the Company. Refunds may be issued, for example, in cases of technical errors or issues with delivering the purchased items.

B. The granting of refunds for purchases made within the AddMe is at the sole discretion of APB Technology LTD (“Company”). The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests if the circumstances do not meet the criteria established by the Company. Refund decisions may be influenced by factors such as the nature of the issue, the user’s behavior, and adherence to our refund policy.

C. Abuse of Refund System: The Company reserves the right to terminate a user’s account if it is found that the user is attempting(fraud) to abuse the refund or fraud system for personal gain. Any misuse or fraudulent activity related to purchases may result in account termination.

D. Refund for Used Items: Users are not eligible for a refund for items that have already been used or consumed within the AddMe app. Refunds are not applicable to items or services that have been used or expended by the user.

E. Contacting Support: In case of any issues or disputes related to purchases made in the AddMe app, users should contact our support team at ‘purchases@addme.click‘. Please note that currently, our support team requires all claims and correspondence to be conducted in the English language.

 

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Service or discontinue any use of the Service immediately.

By using the AddMe, you are acknowledging that you’ve read and agree to our Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.
