How to permanently remove my account and all of my data?

For Android Users:

1. Ensure that you are logged into your AddMe account.
2. Open the side navigation drawer/menu.
3. Click on ‘My Profile’.
4. In the upper right corner of the navigation bar, tap on the three dots to open a dropdown menu.
5. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Advanced Settings’.
6. Within the ‘Advanced Settings’, tap on the red button labeled ‘Permanent Account Deletion’.
7. A confirmation alert will appear, asking if you’re sure you want to delete your account. Confirm your decision.
8. Upon confirmation, you will be logged out of your account. Your account will then enter a 7-day hold period, during which you can log back in and cancel the deletion process.
9. If you do not cancel the deletion within these 7 days, your account and all related data will be permanently removed.

For iOS Users:

1. Ensure that you are logged into your AddMe account.
2. Navigate to the bottom of the screen and tap on ‘My Profile’.
3. Within ‘My Profile’, tap on ‘Account Settings’.
4. Within ‘Account Settings’, tap on the red button labeled ‘Permanent Account Deletion’.
5. A confirmation alert will appear, asking if you’re sure you want to delete your account. Confirm your decision.
6. Upon confirmation, you will be logged out of your account. Your account will then enter a 7-day hold period, during which you can log back in and cancel the deletion process.
7. If you do not cancel the deletion within these 7 days, your account and all related data will be permanently removed.

Remember, this process is irreversible after the 7-day period, so ensure that you want to completely delete your account and all associated data before proceeding.
